CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES:
These activities – which combine active exploration, small group discussion, and brief written exercises – increase group coherence while supporting individual contributions to group success.
Exploring Commitments – interactive techniques which illuminate conflicting priorities which limit group and individual creativity.
Public Agreements – development of group consensus about desired behaviors. The goal is to re-frame conflict into an ongoing opportunity for positive growth and interaction.

Affirmation activities based on The Virtues Project explore the attitudes, skills, and approaches that can be harnessed in the service of personal development, problem solving, and social transformation.
